The details that make booking work.
Business accounts use a name, email address and either a hashed password or Google sign-in. Businesses provide a contact phone number, services, prices, opening hours and any address, photos or directions they choose to publish.
Customers provide a name and phone number when booking. We store the appointment, any details supplied with it, and applicable coupon or loyalty activity. Customers can book without creating an account.
We also process session cookies, IP addresses and request information to operate the site, protect accounts and limit abuse.
For your account and your visits.
Account information lets you sign in and manage your business. Booking information is made available to the booked business so it can provide the service, manage changes and administer customer rewards. Business contact and location details are shown on public booking pages and booking confirmations where relevant.
Vercel hosts the application, our PostgreSQL provider stores its records, and Hostinger delivers account emails. Stripe processes subscription payments when a business subscribes; we store billing references and subscription status. When the optional AI receptionist is enabled, inquiry content and relevant business information may be processed by the configured AI provider to answer the inquiry.
The business you book with is responsible for how it uses information within its own operations. Contact it directly about your appointment or its privacy practices.
A familiar way to sign in.
When you choose Google, we request your basic profile and email address to create or authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar or Drive files. Google account data is used for account identification and authentication, not advertising.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect login requests. Signing out ends your session. Blocking these cookies may prevent account sign-in from working.
You can review or remove ebooking.live access in your Google account’s connected-app settings. Removing Google access does not automatically delete your ebooking.live business or booking records.
Stay in control.
Business owners can update their business profile and contact details in Settings. Customers can use their private booking link, or booking ID and phone number, to access available cancellation and rescheduling options.
For access, correction or deletion requests about your platform account, contact hello@ebooking.live. We may need to verify your identity before making a change. For a booking held by a business, contact that business as well.
We retain information while needed to operate accounts and bookings, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. We review deletion requests with those needs in mind.
